At Rip Curl, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your next adventure. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring wetsuits are not folded in a way that creases the neoprene.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
